Williamson is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Williamson is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

First off I must say their donuts are really good. The issue I have is the customer service side of this business. I’ve tried on a couple of different occasions to get a specific donut ( brownie fritter) and to this day still haven’t gotten it. I’ve tried to special order it (for a friend’s birthday and told them that) that didn’t happen. I messaged this company certain dates if it would be possible if any of those dates they would have this donut. I got told that they just offered it for Fathers Day (couldn’t make it due to work) and they would talk to the baker. Come to find out they were closed for vacation the dates I gave them and never told me. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to get a donut. The last time I was at their business I had called in an order for a dozen donuts. When I got there I waited in line at the register. The people behind the counter waited on 3 different people/couples that came in after me while I was clearly waiting at the register. I live 30-40 minutes away from this business so getting there is a challenge and I haven’t been back since. You need to do better with your customer service

The donuts are amazing. The coffee is delicious. We've always gotten good service. The people behind the counter are efficient at getting through customers and they've been super friendly and have given my toddlers donut holes just about every time We've gone in.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I drove over 12 hours from St. Louis just to try Sunny’s Donuts and Cafe—and I can honestly say it was 100% worth every mile. These are hands down the best donuts in the world! What makes this place so special isn’t just the incredible quality (which is unmatched), but the heart behind it. Sunny’s is family-owned, and you can feel that warmth the moment you walk in. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The baker is truly the best there is. You can taste the tradition and craftsmanship in every bite—his father was a baker too, and passed down his knowledge and skill. That legacy really shines through in the donuts, which are perfectly made every single time. And if that wasn’t enough, they also give back to their community by donating all their end of day donuts to local organizations. That kind of generosity just makes you love them even more. If you’re even remotely close to Williamson, NY—or honestly, even if you’re not—make the trip. Sunny’s Donuts and Cafe is something special. 💛

The best spot for breakfast. Our two iced coffees were beyond amazing and the breakfast sandwiches were equally tasty. We have yet to stop talking about how great the coffee were made today. Beautiful huge donuts and amazing folks in there serving. Always a great morning when you stop in there and thankful for such a great community spot.

Every Thursday, I bring a dozen donuts from Sunny’s Donuts to class, and it’s honestly the best part of the week. We all pitch in, spin a wheel to see who picks first, and the box is gone instantly. The donuts are huge. Some of us even skip lunch just to save room. They’re always super fresh, soft, and taste amazing. Way better than anything store-bought. And the people at Sunny’s are always awesome. Every Thursday morning, when I pick them up, they’re super friendly and make the start of the day even better. If you haven’t had Sunny’s yet, you’re seriously missing out.
